Our 7-Step Process

1. Initial Consultation:

   We initiate the process by meeting with you to discuss your vision, requirements and potential budget. Understanding your brand, culture, and operational needs is crucial. We also conduct a site inspection of your proposed location to inspect existing services in the building; identify any risks, non-compliance, potential complications and costs; and provide a proposed layout.

2. Design and Planning:

   Our design team collaborates with you to create a customised fitout plan that aligns with your budget. The plan includes elements such as space layout, material selection, lighting design and furniture placement. We also coordinate with other professionals such as engineers and heritage building consultants as required.

3. Approvals and Permits:

   We ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations by obtaining necessary permits for construction and fitout work. A DA/CDC approval is needed for most of the shop fittings in Sydney. We can help you to get the desired approval and work done without any hassles.

4. Fitout Quotation:

   After the design is finalised, we prepare a detailed quotation for the fitout works. Hospitality clients will have hospitality equipment included in the quotation as a package.

5. Construction and Fitout:

   Custom joinery is constructed by our inhouse joinery team or manufactured overseas, with high attention to detail and quality to meet your project needs.
   We maintain rigorous quality standards and conduct regular inspections on-site to ensure workmanship and safety. We stay in close communication with you and provide updates on project progress.

6. Handover and Completion:

   Once the fitout is complete, we hand over the new space to you. We strive to deliver on-time with high quality work.

7. Post-construction service:

   We ensure each project is completed to the highest standard. We can assist you if issues arise, for example touching up defects and coordinating warranty claims for equipment.
